kenape hexadecimal tukar ke binary? kenape x ke decimal?

supaya senang kte nk wat proses pengiraan...
sme je kalo kte tkar kpd decimal..at last jwpn akhir kne dlm bntuk binary jgak...
*dpens on quest jgak...kalo mntak dlm decimal,,bru kte convert to decimal..if not,,jwpn haruslah dlm binary.. :)
